Question: I registered for an email forwarding account a few days ago
and I'd like to change my email forwarding address on this account. I have
a personal key that I chose during registration. How can I change my account
information?
WorldPost: Please sent an email with your alias name,
"Personal Key", and changes to WPT@WorldPost.com
Within 24 hours or less, your changes will be made.
Your
Question: Do you offer SMTP instead of POP? I am running a BBS and need
the SMTP and NNTP features.
WorldPost: We offer SMTP but not NNTP. SMTP and NNTP are two different transport protocols on the internet. We use SMTP for our email services. Since we don't offer newsgroup services, we don't use NNTP. You would have to go to an internet service provider for an Usenet News feed (NNTP).

Question: I have already signed up for the standard email forwarding
account. I really like the transparent homepage redirection. Is it possible
to get another homepage redirection for my second alias?
WorldPost: Sure. If you want to have an additional redirection with another alias, you will be asked to pay additional $5.00. This will give you an additional URL maybe to another welcome homepage, or the same if you want.

Question: I would like to change one of my aliases. What I have to do?
WorldPost: If you register with us, we have to reserve your aliases for at least one year in order to avoid your email messages go to an user who chose the same alias. Therefore, it is impossible to change any alias after you made your choice. If you still don't want to use a specific alias, we can void this alias and give you an additional one ($2.00 per each additional alias).

Question: Is it possible to get more than five aliases?
WorldPost: We will give you as many aliases as you want, each for additional $2.00. You need to send us an email to WPT@WorldPost.com with your first alias, your "Personal key", and the choice of your new aliases.

Question: I amrunning a 386 processor with a 9600 baud modem to just
get access to the internet. Would I be able to access your services at
this configuration and speed?
WorldPost: We do not offer direct internet access.
Our service is providing internet users with a permanent email and homepage
address. Therefore, if you need to change your internet access provider
later, you still can keep your email address with WorldPost.
For example, you can choose Joe@worldpost.com as your permanent email
address and can put this email address on your resume, or give it to your
friends. We will receive all your email and we will forward it immediately
to your current internet provider. The access of your email is still the
same. If you change the university, just let us know and we will forward
your email to your new internet provider. We also offer a service which
can store your email at our server and you can access all your email whenever
you have access to the internet.
Your
Question: Do you plan to increase the prices?
WorldPost: That was never our marketing strategy. We even think about providing more services for the same anual charge. We have just expanded our Email Storage Service. It now includes one Redirection of a homepage for the same price.
